“Answer Me”
What if trials, tests, problem, issues were coming at you everywhere you turn – people needing answers, bill collectors calling for money, family members and friends releasing their burdens on to you, preparing for a relocation and the transition which comes with it.
Surmounting pressure will surely lead to overload and possibly a nervous breakdown.
Yet and still the ideas given to you by the Holy Spirit for the business you are running have to be carried out.
On this particular day, I knew my valve had a leak and I was about to blow. As a matter of fact I did. I cried out to God. I cried out to Him in anger! Where are you? Answer me! My cry was so hard that you could barely hear me. I felt like Hannah when she cried out to God to answer her prayer for a child. You see she had been barren for years and to add insult to injury, she was being teased and tormented about it.
In my heart even through the tears with no sound, I could feel pressure being released. The valve was no longer leaking, it was spewing out. Why? Because l let it go. I heard the Holy Spirit say “Give it to me”
My shoulders, your shoulders were not built to carry your burdens let alone anybody else’s.
Cast your care upon Him because He loves you and cares for you. Our God will never leave nor forsake.
In His service
